Order

We have restructured the Order page in the user account section to improve clarity, navigation, and usability. The updated layout provides customers with a more intuitive way to view order details, shipping and billing information, and fulfillment statuses.

1. Order Summary Section

  • The order number (e.g., Nº1001) and total amount (e.g., $2,354.00 CAD) are now displayed prominently at the top of the page.

2. Shipping and Billing Addresses

  • Clearly separated sections for:

    • Shipping Address with Fulfillment Status (e.g., Unfulfilled)

    • Billing Address with Payment Status (e.g., Paid)

3. Visual and UX Improvements

  • Cleaner typography and spacing

  • Status labels highlighted for quick scanning

  • Mobile-responsive design

Why This Matters

  • Faster Order Tracking: Customers can instantly see fulfillment and payment statuses.

  • Reduced Support Queries: Transparent data makes self-service easier.
