# Quick view

The [**Quick View**](/elemento-docs/theme-sections/static-sections/quick-view.md) feature allows customers to preview product details in a modal without leaving the current page. This improves browsing speed and helps users stay engaged while navigating collections.

#### Enable Quick View

**Field type:** Checkbox\
**Label:** *Enable quick view*

When enabled, product cards will include a **Quick View** button (typically shown on hover). Clicking it opens a modal window with key product information, such as:

* Product images
* Title and price
* Variant selectors
* Add to cart button

#### How It Works

* Appears on collection pages, featured product sections, and other product grids.
* Uses a lightweight modal window for a seamless experience.
* Customers can add products directly to the cart from the modal.

#### How to Enable

1. Go to **Online Store → Themes** in your Shopify admin.
2. Click **Customize** next to the Elemento theme.
3. Navigate to **Theme Settings → Quick View**.
4. Check the **Enable quick view** option.
5. Save your changes.
