# Announcement Bar

The **Announcement Bar** is a **preset section** designed to display a prominent message at the top of your store. It’s ideal for highlighting promotions, shipping updates, or important notices and can be freely added, removed, or repositioned within the theme editor.

#### How to Configure the Announcement Bar

1. In Shopify admin, go to **Online Store → Themes**.
2. Click **Customize** next to the **Elemento** theme.
3. In the theme editor, navigate to **Theme Settings → Announcement Bar**.
4. Enable or disable the announcement bar, and customize the text, background color, text color, and link settings.
5. Click **Save**.

#### Section Settings

| **Text**           | Rich text                       | Enter the announcement content. Supports links and basic formatting. |
| **Text alignment** | Select (Default, Center, Right) | Controls the horizontal alignment of the announcement text.          |
| **Color scheme**   | Color scheme selector           | Choose a color style from your theme’s predefined options.           |
