# Favicon

The favicon is the small icon that appears in the browser tab next to your store's title. Setting a custom favicon helps reinforce your brand and makes your site more recognizable in browser tabs and bookmarks.

#### How to Set a Favicon

1. From your Shopify admin, go to **Online Store → Themes**.
2. Click **Customize** on the Elemento theme.
3. In the Theme Editor, click on **Theme Settings** (usually found in the bottom-left corner).
4. Select the **Favicon** section.
5. Upload an image file using the image selector.

#### Image Requirements

* **Recommended size:** 32 × 32 pixels
* **File size:** Keep it as small as possible for fast loading

#### Tips

* Use a simplified version of your logo for best clarity at small sizes.
* Avoid complex shapes or detailed text — favicons are displayed very small.
* Once uploaded, check your storefront in different browsers to ensure it displays correctly.
