# Typography

The **Typography** settings allow you to control the font styling used across your store. In Elemento, you can define two main font families: one for **headings** and one for **body text**. This provides a balance between design flexibility and visual consistency.

#### Heading Font

**Field type:** Font picker\
**Applies to:**

* Section and block headings
* Product titles
* Page titles
* Navigation items (in some layouts)

Choose a bold or distinct font to give headings strong visual presence. The heading font should contrast well with your body font but remain harmonious in tone and style.

#### Body Font

**Field type:** Font picker\
**Applies to:**

* Paragraphs and long-form content
* Product descriptions
* Button labels
* Captions, footers, and other interface elements

Select a clear and legible font optimized for reading at small to medium sizes.

#### Tips

* Use no more than two font families to maintain a professional and cohesive design.
* Ensure that fonts are legible across different devices and screen sizes.
